The products are sold and delivered only in Italy. All prices include VAT.
How to purchase
Making purchases on the Colsaliz website is very simple:
- Select the product or products you want (all prices include VAT)
- Indicate the quantity
- Click on ‘Add to basket’ (the products purchased will be displayed in the ‘Basket’ area).
- Access your basket, check the products* and click on “Proceed with order”.
- If you are already registered, enter your login details. Otherwise, if this is your first purchase on Colsaliz, fill in the form with your billing and shipping details and then create your profile by entering your username and password.
- Choose your payment method and click on ‘Place order’:
- if you have chosen to pay via PayPal, you will be redirected to the secure PayPal page, where you can safely enter your PayPal account credentials or your prepaid card/credit card details.
- If you have chosen the bank transfer payment option, you will need to email the transfer receipt to info@colsaliz.it and wait a few extra days for delivery, to give our operators time to verify the payment.
If you purchase at least 3 packs, you will receive a 10% discount directly in your shopping cart.

Delivery and costs
Delivery is made throughout Italy by express courier.
Orders placed on the website are processed within 5 working days (a few days longer for payments by bank transfer; to speed up delivery times, we recommend sending proof of payment info@colsaliz.it ).
The tax document for purchases made on the website is issued upon delivery of the goods.
Shipping costs are always free of charge..
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 185 of 22/05/99, the customer has the right to return the purchased goods and obtain a refund. This right can only be exercised by natural persons.
This right can be exercised by sending a registered letter with return receipt within 10 days of receipt of the goods to the following address:

In the event of a return, transport costs shall be borne by the purchaser, who must use the original packaging to facilitate transport operations. The costs of the initial shipment shall be borne by our company. Refunds for the goods and initial shipping costs will be made by bank transfer (to the account details provided in the registered letter) within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
