From the hills behind Treviso ColSaliz, the Faganello family’s winery obtains another type of wine, SioraJote, its Prosecco DOC Millesimato. The grapes come from medium-high hills where they ripen over a longer period of time, giving the Glera variety its fuller aroma and acidity, especially malic acid, which is better suited to storage. Secondary fermentation takes place in an autoclave at a fermentation temperature not exceeding 16 °C.
This sparkling wine is very balanced with a bitter aftertaste which gives it its distinctive character, making it more complex and complete.

Our winery, located on the Treviso hills in the area of Castiglione, Pieve di Soligo along with another dozen towns and villages with a strong winemaking tradition, focuses on the cultivation of Glera grapes and produces excellent sparkling wines, Proseccos and local wines.
