ColSaliz presents the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Extra Brut, made with grapes grown on its “Rive di Resera” slopes. In dialect, “Rive” refers to the steep sides of the hills, which, in the historic Prosecco area, can be very steep, almost vertical. For this reason, the grapes are processed and harvested almost entirely by hand.
Drawing on the expert tradition of the Faganello family and the finest selection of grapes, this Prosecco has a dry and harmonious taste, keeping the fragrance of the Glera grapes intact.
