Barbameto
Barbameto is produced from grapes cultivated in specific areas owned by the winery ColSaliz in the beautiful Treviso hills, between Conegliano and Pieve di Soligo, where the wine’s aromatic qualities and acidity create a strikingly lively palate. Our family cuvée is obtained using reductive winemaking to maintain the full aroma, fragrance, and unique qualities of this outstanding blend, which has always has delighted our palates in this traditional family style.
This excellent sparkling wine is available in Brut and Extra Dry versions. The difference lies in the residual sugar (quantity of sugar present in the bottle of Prosecco). Barbameto Brut is the driest version, therefore with lower residual sugar, a full flavour and a delicately fruity aroma. Prosecco Barbameto Extra Dry has a greater “sweetness” than the Brut with a softer mouthfeel.
