Nestled amid the hills, woods and incredible vine terraces, the ColSaliz winery belongs to the chosen territory for the production of Prosecco di Valdobbiadene and Conegliano, a wine with a controlled and guaranteed designation of origin (DOCG), produced exclusively in the hilly area of the Treviso highlands where we are based. Why choose us
ColSaliz wines
The ColSaliz Winery produces Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene DOCG and local sparkling wines obtained from Glera grapes, which are grown using scientific methods to minimise treatments and preserve the quality of the product. The vineyard’s proximity to our state-of-the-art winemaking facilities means the grapes do not suffer during transport. They are gently pressed, fermented in temperature-controlled tanks, and then transferred to autoclaves for the secondary fermentation that creates the sparkling wine. Terroir, versatility, flavour: you can expect the best!
