SioraJote Prosecco DOC Millesimato Extra Dry is a very balanced sparkling wine with a bitter aftertaste that gives it its distinctive character, making it more complex and complete. The Millesimato designation indicates that the wine is produced with at least 85% of grapes harvested in the same year.

From the hills behind Treviso another type of Prosecco is obtained: Prosecco DOC Millesimato. The grapes come from medium-high hills where they ripen over a longer period of time, giving the Glera variety its fuller aroma and acidity, especially malic acid, which is better suited to storage. Secondary fermentation takes place in an autoclave at a fermentation temperature not exceeding 16 °C.
Its particular characteristics make Prosecco Millesimato an excellent and much-appreciated choice to accompany fish starters, first courses with seafood and light meats or, as is the case in the production areas, with the whole meal. It should be served cold at a temperature of 6-8 °C.
