“Servo Suo” DOCG Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry in its traditional version: DOCG sparkling wine with a wonderful complexity of aromas of ripe fruit such as apple, pear, citrus and floral scents, in particular rose, leaving a pleasant aftertaste reminiscent of glazed almonds. Smooth and satisfying on the palate, with a delicate perlage that unfolds in the mouth when savoured.

A sparkling wine obtained from Glera grapes, coming from the high hills of Treviso, in the core zone from the Prosecco Hills of Valdobbiadene and Conegliano, where the vineyard thrives best thanks to its favourable sunny exposure and the special qualities of the land: “Servo Suo” is a greeting and a thank you to this land of Refrontolo, rich in precious minerals that it now generously gives to the vine to create a Prosecco DOCG (Controlled and Guaranteed Designation of Origin).

“Servo Suo” DOCG Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry is a highly versatile sparkling wine, best served at 6-8° C. Excellent as an apéritif for any occasion, even the most formal, it pairs well with all courses of a meal and is ideal with both fish and light meats.
