“Servo Suo” DOCG Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry in its traditional version: a wine with a wonderful complexity of ripe fruit aromas and floral scents, with a soft and satisfying flavour, supported by a very fine perlage.
“Servo Suo” DOCG Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut, which gets its distinctive character from the early harvest (about ten days) to protect its acidity and by its oxygen-free pressing system to keep the grape’s typical aromas and flavours intact: for a modern drink, with a lively and balanced taste.

A sparkling wine obtained from Glera grapes, coming from the high hills of Treviso, in the core zone from the Prosecco Hills of Valdobbiadene and Conegliano, where the vineyard thrives best thanks to its favourable sunny exposure and the special qualities of the land: “Servo Suo” is a greeting and a thank you to this land of Refrontolo, rich in precious minerals that it now generously gives to the vine to create a Prosecco DOCG (Controlled and Guaranteed Designation of Origin).
“Servo Suo” DOCG Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry is a highly versatile sparkling wine, best served at 6-8° C. Excellent as an apéritif for any occasion, even the most formal, it pairs well with all courses of a meal and is ideal with both fish and light meats.
“Servo Suo” DOCG Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut is a great sparkling wine. With its balanced liveliness, it is the ideal choice for modern drinking. Excellent on its own, it should be served chilled, at 6 °C. It can also be enjoyed with meals, especially with large seafood platters.
